Beer created on: March 6, 2026

From a wonderful meeting between left-cheek cousins, the idea for this Stout recipe was born on February 13 at Albion. We quickly realized that we both share a deep love for this beer style.

On March 6 at the Ste-Mélanie brewery, I arrived with my mash paddle, my blue boots, and my passion for brewing this Bourgault collaboration. A beautiful blend of our knowledge and experience and, compared to my usual Stouts, this one is hopped exclusively with whole leaf hops.
