This beer was created on October 13th 2016. A new, fresh, feminine version of the well-known “L’Habitant” beer. Freshly picked hop has been used in the brewing process as well as in the dry hopping stage. It is composed of 7 varieties of cereals (rye malt, oat malt, buckwheat, 2 rows malt, munich malt, golden promise malt, caramel malt) and 3 varieties of hops (chinook, cascade, centenial). The hops come from a Quebec hop yard “Houblons des Jarrets Noirs”. In tribute to all these hard working women that still carry strength and vitality !
