Type : rustic IPA inspiration
Particularity : brewed with rustic cereals
Eyes : orangy-amber slightly cloudy
Nose: powerful aromas of hop flowers spicy-fruity-herbaceous
Taste : very hoppy with marmalade, spice and herbaceous aromas, with a bold rustic cereals taste. Flavors are intertwined and balanced for a long after-taste.

This beer was created on July 28th 2016. It is composed of 7 varieties of cereals (rye malt, oat malt, sarrazin,
2 rows malt, munich malt, golden promise malt, caramel malt) and 2 varieties of hops (chinook, cascade). The hops come from a Quebec hopyard ¨Houblons des Jarrets Noirs¨. These hops were also used for dry hopping.
Let’s be proud of our origins !
