It was created on July 9th 2014. It was brewed for the 13th edition of Bières et Saveurs in Chambly. It is composed of 4 varieties of cereals (2 rows malt, carabelge malt, carapils malt and rye) and 2 varieties of hops (Kent Golding and Tettnang).  After our fourth brew together and becoming closer friends Jeff wanted me to meet his mother…

At first, Madame Nicole seems simple but under this soft orange veil hides a complex structure. Oh yeah! Round, refreshing, you will be impressed right away… trust me! Be careful and patient with her and she will sneak up on you which will entice you to renew the experience again and again.

Thanks mom for being this good and special.
I love you
