Nose: Fruity, spicy, cereals, alcohol
Taste: Slightly fruity, taste of multigrain cereals, floral hops, light taste of clove and alcohol, light acidity followed by a nice dryness in the end

This beer was created on April 29th 2015.
It is composed of 7 varieties of cereals (2 rows malt, Carabelge malt, Carapils malt, oat, buckwheat, rye and spelt) and 1 variety of hops (Saaz).

This beer was specially brewed for the 5th anniversary of the “Festival Multiculturel” happening in Chambly from July 3rd to July 5th 2015.
