La p’tite chanceuse humide

Particularity: Brewed with only wet leaves hop fresh-picked in the morning
Eyes: Amber-pale, orange colored slightly veiled
Nose: Malts, hops, caramel
Taste: Refreshing beer with a hint of caramel and malt with a sweet and mellow last taste[/beer]

This beer was created on September 19th, 2009. This is the recipe of “La p’tite chanceuse” but hopped with seven varieties of local hops. It is composed of six varieties of cereals.

It is made in collaboration with my cousin Olivier Breton Bourgault. He hand picked the very morning of the brewing.
