This beer is the second recipe created by Michael to celebrate his birthday which is celebrated in March.

It was created on January 26th, 2011. It is composed of 5 varieties of cereals and a 1 variety of hops.

According to tradition, the Märzen beer is brewed in March with the best ingredients from the last harvest. An ode composed specially for beer lovers and the imminent arrival of warm sunshine !
