This beer from the “beer-brewers apprentices" series is the first one brewed with our visitors and partners. It was brewed for the 31st edition of "La Grenouille en Fête” (April 28-29 2007). Claude Demers and Gabriel St-Pierre of "Bassin en Fête" were invited to come and handle the mashing rake and experience a day of brewing.

It is composed of three varieties of cereals, a variety of hop and Japanese green tea "Sencha." Have a good rapid descent little Frogs!
