Particularity: Same recipe than “La Gloutonne I” but we changed the hops.
Eyes: Amber-orangy
Nose: Grapefruit, blackcurrant
Taste: A cocktail of citrus, hops flowers, lightly sweet malt accompanied by a persistent bitterness with a feeling of dryness in the end.

This beer was created on July 1st 2015. It is composed of 3 varieties of cereals (2 rows malt, Carastan malt and wheat) and 2 varieties of hops (Mosaïc and Cascade). This version also benefited from a dry hopping process with Mosaïc hops.
