The hops come from a hop field in Quebec: “Houblon des Jarrets Noirs” from Saint-Bernard in Beauce.

This beer was created February 4th 2016.
It is composed of 5 varieties of cereals (2 rows malt, caramel malt, caramunich malt, munich malt and carapils malt) and 2 varieties of hops (Chinook and Cascade). This beer also benefits from a dry hopping process with Chinook and Cascade hops.
