Taste : Notes of bread, buckwheat, hops, slight lemoncy acidity, light spicy clove, followed by a slightly dry finish and a weak bitterness bringing him his refreshing side.

This beer is part of the waiters’ and waitresses’ apprentice brewer series. It was brewed with Justin. Every member of our working team was invited to let themselves be inspired by a style of beer or specific aromas. Each and everyone have the privilege to name and brew his or her beer from A to Z with the brewer who has developed a special recipe.

This beer was created on March 2nd 2016.
It is composed of 7 varieties of cereals (2 row malt, Munich malt, Chocolate malt, Black malt, Caramel malt, Carastan malt and Smoked wheat) and 3 varieties of hops (Northern Brewer, East Kent Golding and Fuggle).

A classic style in its form whit its personnal touch !
