Nose: Roasted malt, herbaceous hops
Taste: The tenderness of a light creamy sweet taste in the mouth, a stiffer roasted chocolate cookie finally with a strong persistent bitter hops taste.

This beer was created on July 16th 2015.
It is composed of 5 varieties of cereals (2 rows malt, Caramunich malt, Cookie malt, roasted barley, malted wheat) and 3 varieties of hops (Nugget, Belma, Kent Golding).
It was created for the 14th edition of the “Bière et Saveurs” which takes place from September 4th to the 7th 2015 in Chambly.

“Both tender and strong, its ambiguity will surprise you with its nice brown colour, exhalations of roasted malt and herbaceous hops. It only wants to into the opening. Enjoy its creamy side, roasted cookie while being charmed by the taste of hops while it settles pleasantly.
