Type: Inspired by the fragility of life and Camille’s hard head.
Particularity: Brewed with my daughter, black beer with oats and real vanilla pods
Eyes: As black as in a tunnel.
Nose: Chocolate, coffee, roasted malt, vanilla.
Taste: Roasted chocolate flavoured malts with a raw aroma of vanilla pods bark.[/beer]

This beer is the first father-daughter creation.

It was created on April 26th 2013. It is composed of 8 varieties of cereals, 1 variety of hops and flavoured with real Bourbon vanilla pods from Madagascar, a flavour Camille particularly likes.

Camille says: “It is delicious and brewed with love!”
