Taste : Beautiful complexity of hops aromas with pronounced notes citrus, tropical fruits and herbaceous, well balanced by its malted and alcoholic side with a bitter and resinous aftertaste.

This beer was created on April 25th 2019. It is composed of 5 varieties of cereals (2 rows malt, extra special british malt, golden promise malt, carastan malt , aromatic malt) and 1 variety of hop (mosaïc).

A bouquet of aromas forming a beautiful whole, like a mosaic !
